Medication Assisted Treatment
Echoes of Hope LLC recognizes that opioid use disorder (OUD) and other substance use disorders are chronic medical conditions that respond well to integrated treatment. Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) is offered as part of a comprehensive recovery program that combines FDA-approved medications with counseling, peer support, and case management.
Partial Hospitalization Program
The Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) at Echoes of Hope LLC offers intensive, structured treatment for individuals with moderate to severe substance use disorders and/or co-occurring mental health conditions. PHP is designed to serve clients who require a high level of clinical support but do not meet inpatient criteria. The program serves as a vital transition point from detox, residential care, incarceration, or unstable housing environments.

Behavioral Health Outpatient Program
(Intensive Outpatient Services):
Echoes of Hope LLC delivers integrated outpatient behavioral health services as a core component of its Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). These services are designed to address the mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs of individuals with substance use disorders, often compounded by homelessness, trauma, and system involvement.
Treatment Planning
At Echoes of Hope LLC, treatment planning is a collaborative and dynamic process tailored to the unique needs of each client enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), outpatient, or housing services. Treatment plans are strengths-based, person-centered, and culturally responsive, designed to support recovery from substance use, co-occurring disorders, and the challenges of homelessness

Housing Program
Echoes of Hope LLC provides transitional housing to eligible participants enrolled in the Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) who are experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or unsafe living conditions. Housing is intended to serve as a supportive, substance-free environment that promotes stability, treatment adherence, and community reintegration.
Housing is not a standalone service-it is integrated with the client's treatment plan and coordinated with clinical, case management, and peer support services.
