-High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in behavioral health or addiction treatment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

What does this job entail?

- Assist with individual and group therapy for individuals with substance use disorders.
- Monitor patient progress and provide support as directed by clinical staff.
- Assist in developing and implementing treatment plans.
- Provide support to clients throughout their recovery journey.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
